Welcome to my website. Here you will find useful information on me, my experience and benefits of the services offered.
I work chiefly as a corporate consultant and, in collaboration with my international network of associates, provide a range of services for organizations and individuals.
Besides consulting, I mentor and teach as a visiting professor at several highly ranked universities and colleges. These include Harvard University (USA), Jacobs University (Germany), Business School Netherlands (Holland) and Stellenbosch University (South Africa). As a result, I have authored several business books and articles.
My current major assignments involve business model innovation and strategy renewal, and enabling the mindset changes necessary to create and implement them.

My purpose & key areas of expertise
My purpose is to assist enterprises, organizations and individuals to successfully innovate -- for new performance and success levels. I particularly enjoy helping managers and firms to attain their maximum potential in society through meaningful change.
The three key areas of expertise that I focus on are:
- Changing mindsets -- group and individual mindset shifts to successfully handle change.
- Developing organizational fitness -- understanding it, and how to develop and measure it.
- Business model innovation -- helping organizations to do business in dynamic new ways and onto new profit platforms.
This expertise is offered through customised workshops, presentations, seminars and projects that are practical, co-designed with clients, and individually measured for success. In this way benefits and successful results are guaranteed for clients.
Today, many opportunities and much potential are wasted, stagnant or under-utilized. With a global 'war for talent' in a global innovation economy, organizations can only remain fit if they develop the right managerial mindsets, right business models, and the right organizational capabilities. Essentially, my purpose is to make a meaningful and positive contribution to organizational and individual managers' fitness through all my activities -- consulting, mentoring, teaching and publishing.
